Terms of Service
Updated 2026-10-16
These terms apply when you buy or use an eSIM data plan from EsimyCard. Please read them before ordering. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Who we are
EsimyCard ("we", "us") sells prepaid eSIM data plans to travellers, operating from Amman, Jordan. Contact: support@esimycard.com.
What you are buying
You are buying a prepaid allowance of mobile data, delivered as an eSIM profile. You are not buying a phone number, and plans are data-only unless the plan explicitly says otherwise.
Coverage, speed and network availability are provided by local mobile networks through our supplier. We do not own or operate those networks and cannot guarantee coverage in any specific building or location.
Your device
- Your phone must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked.
- An eSIM can usually be installed only once. If you delete it from your phone, you may not be able to reinstall it.
- Check compatibility before you buy — see our guide on whether your phone supports eSIM.
Validity
A plan's validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, not when you buy it, unless the plan says otherwise. Unused data does not carry over and expires with the plan.
Payment and pricing
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
Acceptable use
Do not use our service unlawfully, resell it without a written agreement with us, or use it in a way that breaches a local network's terms. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe this has happened.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, lost bookings or business interruption arising from a lack of connectivity.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
